Information we collect
When you submit the early access form, we collect your email address and basic metadata (such as UTM parameters and IP address).
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in improving the product.
How we use information
We use your email to contact you about Refario access and product updates. Aggregated analytics are used to improve the website and service. We use PostHog for product analytics. Analytics is only enabled after consent. If you reject, we do not store analytics cookies.
Data storage & processors
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, including Supabase (database & authentication) and our hosting provider. Access is restricted to authorized team members only.
Data retention
We retain early access data until you request deletion or until it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected.
Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@refario.ai.
Complaints
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the website.
