Early access
If granted early access, the product may be unstable, incomplete, or modified at any time. Features, availability, and pricing are not guaranteed until a formal commercial agreement is in place.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software related to Refario remain the intellectual property of Refario. You may not copy or distribute materials without permission.
No warranties
The website and any pre-release services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refario shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for access to the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated. You may discontinue use at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
